Orders must be placed by 3pm Eastern (2pm Central, 1pm Mountain, 12pm Pacific) Monday through Friday to guarantee same day printing and shipping/pick-up. Any orders placed after that time will be printed and shipped/ready for pickup the following business day.

If we have any issues pertaining to your order, we will reach out via email and not print your order until the issue is resolved. If we do not hear back within 24 hours, your order will be printed as ordered.
